along the lines of Participatory Group Decision making.
We are looking for at least 10 participants
Introduction to Group Decision-Making
Being able to guide and participate effectively in a group decision-making process is an important skill for facilitators and group members. In this 3 hour workshop, participants will learn techniques for identifying the root cause of a problem, explore individual and group problem-solving methods, and examine how groups can use inclusive participatory-style decision-making to strengthen the way they function.
