- The student receiving the refund will no longer be a member of the organization.
- Students will have to collect a fee refund every semester.
Refund amounts will be calculated based credit registration per semester.
In order to receive a refund, students must come by in person and provide the following:
1) Receipt of fee payment
2) Registration form indicating total tuition credits paid (the detailed breakdown of tuition and fees from the KPU/myKwantlen website “Concise Student Schedule”)
3) Valid Student I.D. card
Students cannot collect a fee refund on another student’s behalf.
