Fee Refund Period

Tuesday May 19, 2015 Noon-4:00 p.m.

Wednesday May 20, 2015 Noon-4:00 p.m.

Thursday May 21, 2015 Noon-4:00 p.m.

Friday May 22, 2015 Noon-4:00 p.m.

Please note:

  • The student receiving the refund will no longer be a member of the organization.
  • Students will have to collect a fee refund every semester.

Refund amounts will be calculated based credit registration per semester.

In order to receive a refund, students must come by in person and provide the following:

1) Receipt of fee payment

2) Registration form indicating total tuition credits paid (the detailed breakdown of tuition and fees from the KPU/myKwantlen website “Concise Student Schedule”)

3) Valid Student I.D. card

Students cannot collect a fee refund on another student’s behalf.
