Surrey Screening: Migrant Dreams

Join us on Thursday from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m at Surrey Central Library (Ambedkar Room, 4th floor) for an encore screening of “Migrant Dreams”!

Migrant Dreams Screening Poster

The film takes an in-depth look at the realities of migrant workers who come to Canada under the Temporary Foreign Worker’s Program: “A group of migrant farm workers dare to resist the systemic oppression and exploitation from their brokers, employers and Canadian government in small-town Ontario.”

After the screening, we will have a guided discussion about what we have collectively learned and how we can organize towards migrant justice!
