Students: Get involved in local Community Action Research!

We’re always looking for researchers who are interested in helping out in their community.   There are also KPU instructors who may offer you course credit or a directed study opportunity for this work, and KPIRG can offer different kinds of support throughout the process: with proposal & methodologies, if you incur costs in your research, or help with publication and dissemination of your results.  Get in touch with us if you’d like to find out about current opportunities, or if you have a specific community group that you’d like to work with, then have them propose a project. Here’s some more Guidelines for CARP Applications, but feel free to just contact us and share your ideas, skills you bring and general availability.
