KPIRG’s Grants Committee  accepts applications for grants from student and community organizations year-round. Awards to successful applicants are made once at the end of each semester. Applications must be related to a social or environmental justice project / campaign. Grant requests are strictly monetary and can be applied retroactively (for example, if you missed the Spring deadline and your event was in May, you can submit an application for the Summer deadline). The Grants Committee is composed of KPIRG board & staff members. We operate on consensus and non-hierarchical principles in decision-making.
